Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 2 weeks. Also suitable for freezing.
Preparation and Usage
Sambal is one of the yummiest and most versatile condiments. Use like you would use chilli oil, or a (spicy) ketchup spoon over fried eggs, drizzle over noodles or vegetables, or add to a stir fry to perk things up. Here's one idea:

SAMBAL SOY DRESSING
1 tablespoon Red Hot Sambal Tumis
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 teaspoon kecap manis or brown sugar (optional)
Stir together, voila! Make sure to get the chilli spiked oil in there. This makes plenty for 2 bundles of egg noodles, a dozen wontons, or a platter of steamed greens.
