Preparation
Simple to prepare
For best results, empty contents into a pan and heat through with a dash of water. Otherwise, tear a 2cm opening at the top and microwave for 45s at 900W.
A recipe for change
For a simple vegetable dhal, chop onion and sweet potato into chunks then roast at 180°C for 35 mins. Add to a saucepan with a pouch of black dhal, a splash of water and a handful of spinach, then heat until wilted. Serve and enjoy with coconut raita and flatbread!
