The LoofCo Dish Brush with Handle is a coconut coir brush with a rubberwood handle. The Coconut Coir is twisted around a galvanised metal, rustproof and recyclable core in a horseshoe shape, then attached to an 11cm rubberwood handle with a natural cotton loop for hanging up. It is handmade, robust and durable, just what we want when scrubbing clean our pots and pans. This 100% natural brush is grown on farms in Sri Lanka, where workers are paid a fair wage and benefits. To Use: Rinse thoroughly before first use. Immerse in warm water and use with washing-up liquid or LoofCo Washing-Up Soap. The curved brush head design makes it versatile enough for everyday washing-up and robust enough for scrubbing baked-on food. A recyclable alternative to plastic washing-up brushes. Effective for cleaning crockery, cutlery, pans and woks. To keep brush fresh between uses, rinse and squeeze out excess water, shake out any food particles and hang to dry from string loop. Occasionally soak in hot water with washing-up liquid and air dry to freshen brush. Long lasting in normal use and when worn out the fibres are biodegradable and core & handle can be recycled.
